Sound Bath July 21st

Enjoy the healing energies of a 90 minute Sound Bath. Mark will be playing crystal singing bowls, Quartzophone, drums,  bells, chimes and other various instruments with the intention of opening a space for you to relax and rejuvenate. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and anything else that will make you comfortable. 

$30 for the 90 minute session. Maximum of 11 participants. Call Sierra Botanica at 678-361-6523 to pay and reserve your space today. Please arrive at 6:15 to get settled so we can start promptly at 6;30. After the session remember to drink some extra water.
