"When Mark starts on my feet with his reflexology, it’s like I shed a lot of water, I become very, everything’s open. He opens up my whole body. I feel tremendously relaxed and much lighter so whatever bothers me, but there isn’t much that bothers me anyhow, but there are some things that I stew over that all flows away. It’s as if he opens up channels of hidden problems that all flow away. And it’s a fantastic feeling. One has to experience that in order to really realize what I’m saying. But uh, I’m very tuned into these, when I only had in my life, well one woman in Europe that I’ve gone to for 70 years now, because now I’m 95. And I’ve been going to massage actually since I was 14 years old. And why did I go to massage? Well, I lived in Austria which is mountainous, and I was skiing. I was a ferocious skier and in order to, when you start in November to ski, people always say “oh. My muscles hurt me so much.” That’s when I found a masseuse who would massage me before I would go skiing and right after. I had never had any muscle pains. Never. So I am very tuned into that. I think it’s very beneficial just for anybody, um, but you have to set your mind to it, that this massage, this reflexology, is really taking away from your body all the worries, and with the worries, the pains flow away. Very simple for me. So I also tell people, try to think about that and maybe you can achieve what I have. But then I’m always thinking positive anyhow. I never think negative. Never. Now if, like for example, I fall on my forehead and bang my forehead, I get up and laugh that I’m so stupid to fall on my head. I just don’t worry about things. And this makes life much . . . well I do worry sometimes but it goes away. I’m able to shake off the worry, the problem and I feel much better. I know I have friends that everything is negative, everything. Whereas with me, I think of everything positive. Even if I have pain I think “well”. So if I fall and hurt myself, the pain goes away. And when it’s away, I’m well. And that’s exactly what happens. It’s your mind. You can set your mind into a positive outcome. But I find that allot of people they are afraid of everything and that makes them very pessimistic. So each person has the capability of thinking or introducing a positive feeling rather than a negative feeling. I find that the majority thinks negative and then once you start that, it’s like  arriver that flows and you don’t get out of anymore. I don’t permit myself to think negative at all. As I said if I fall on my head and bang it, I laugh that I’m so stupid that I fell and I laugh and it goes away. Even if I have pain, I don’t feel it. I recently had a reflexology session with Mark for the first time. I've only had reflexology done once or twice before seeing Mark. The session with him was amazing! Not only did he explain in more depth and detail on the issues I brought to him than others, he also left me without pain as our session ended. Mark also provides a sound bath as part of his sessions which adds a whole other level of relaxation. I can't explain here how enlightened I felt at the end of our session. Mark was also kind enough to inform me of some basic products and movements I can use at home to better my foot health. I have known Mark for years but this was my first time getting a reflexology treatment. Mark was warm and helpful. He made sure he had all the information from me that he needed on my background and problem areas. Then he made sure I was comfortable on the table, particularly because I have a bad back. He explained the details of the special crystal mat I would be lying on. I was very comfortable and the heat was just right. As he gently started massaging my feet, it was very relaxing. To add to the experience, he included soft music in the background and then healing tones. Everything was just perfect!

I had an opportunity to try a reflexology session with Mark. I had a session years ago that was a nice foot rub. Oh my gosh this was so so much more! Within a few minutes of laying down on the table that had a warm biomat on it. My body started to relax, my mind followed because it had not choice, the atmosphere in the room is so peaceful. If I had any nervousness, Mark answered the questions before I asked, He anticipates your every need. Once the session really started , I went to a place that felt like home. A deep deep relaxation that that brought me joy. I even laughed at one point out of pure happiness. Mark uses sound and vibration to take you to a whole other level. He is so caring and a master at what he does. This it the type of therapy we all need in this busy anxiety ridden world. It takes you home to your soul's happiness. I highly recommend it.

I received a reflexology session from Mark a week ago, and I had prefaced the session with: “I’m not really sure I’ve actually had reflexology. I received a treatment at a local spa that was labelled as reflexology, but it was more painful, and not in the way that deep tissue massage can be called “good pain.” ~ My experience with Mark couldn’t have been any more different! I highly recommend this service, which compares very favorably with the dozens of practices I have encountered in my research and in my personal experience. Thank you, Mark for a beautiful experience. I manage some chronic pain/discomfort as a brain injury survivor, specifically in my right neck and shoulder. It was fascinated how you went right to the pressure points of the shoulder and neck before I even laid on your table to show me where they were. I was hopeful but uncertain if reflexogy could help with that.

While you worked on me I felt great comfort, and deep relaxation. I was pleasantly surprised later in the day when I noticed that my nech and shoulder were not in spasm, and I had NO pain or discomfort. This morning, I am happy to report that it is still holding steady; the pain level is at a 0 with just a hint of the tension I normally experience.

I've been very impressed with the therapeutic value of Mark's treatments over the four monthly sessions I've taken with him so far.
